The brief for this project was to open up a dark, warren like Victorian kitchen to allow views and more light to permeate from the garden. Three-metre-high glazed sliding doors enclose a new dining space with a beautifully crafted elm table capable of seating 20 people. The basement is transformed into a wine cellar and tasting room.
