This elegant house is a two and a half storey stone Villa, set in a large garden flanked by former servant’s quarters to the east and an original Victorian Greenhouse to the West.

The brief was to refurbish all areas, with alterations to the servant’s quarters to create a new secondary entrance, a large coat and boot room and other ‘back of house’ utilities along with a filigree glazed extension to provide family living / kitchen facilities overlooking the south facing garden.

A dark attic store room was converted into a master bedroom suite and the delicate greenhouse was restored by the Main Contractor, against the odds, for the owner to develop his green fingers.
