Four mixed-use studio spaces for rental by the local community in the East Neuk village of St Monans. The site occupies a corner location set back from, and with a view of, the harbour.
The dual pitched roofs provide a familiar silhouette. An expressed fore stair and zinc and timber cladding allow the contemporary building to integrate with the urban grain and general surrounding context of historic houses and fish sheds.
