Please note that all lets are Saturday to Saturday, available from 3pm onwards.  We ask that guests vacate the property by 10am when leaving. 
Arrangements can be made more flexible on request and subject to availability. 

Bed linen and towels are all provided.
Cleaning, electricity and heating are all included in the costs quoted.
Smoking is not allowed in the cottage.
No pets please.

Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit of £150 has been received.  If a booking is cancelled, the deposit will only be refunded if the cottage can be re-let for that period.
Full payment is required when booking within 3 weeks of your intended date of hire.
